Community Partners
Local non-profit organizations have the opportunity to submit software development requests to the ASF. The ASF then assesses these software requests to determine their suitability for service-learning projects within the Computer Science courses. If a project is suitable for a class service-learning project, it is delegated to a team of students within the class. If a project is too advanced to be a service-learning project, the ASF can work on the project through part-time student employment, a final project, or an assistantship. Whether the project is completed as a service-learning or ASF project, the ASF provides maintenance and ongoing support after the project's completion.
How can I submit a software request?
We welcome you to complete the software request form on the Submit a Proposal page of this site. If you have any questions while you're completing the form, please contact us at agile@bgsu.edu.
